如上图所示，从C57BL/6小鼠脾脏细胞中分选NK细胞，小鼠脾脏细胞分选前后用APC Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody[17A2](E-AB-F1013E)和PE Anti-Mouse NK1.1 Antibody[PK136](E-AB-F0987D)进行检测，分选前后的CD3-NK1.1+ 细胞比例分别为4.2%和95.1%。
