Q1:试剂盒中的这个黑色酶标板可以重复使用吗？
代谢试剂盒中的酶标板都不可以重复使用。用过的孔就不能再用了，如果一次实验用不完所有的孔，可以将暂时不用的板孔用覆膜盖起来，避免污染，下次再用。如果这个试剂盒中酶标板不够用，可以用自己实验室新的黑色酶标板代替。
Q2:没有化学发光仪，可以使用普通的酶标仪吗？检测波长应该如何设置呢？
该试剂盒必须使用具备化学发光功能的仪器进行检测，没有化学发光仪，可以使用有化学发光功能的多功能酶标仪，不能使用普通酶标仪检测。该试剂盒检测时，只需要设置化学发光检测，不需要设置激发和发射波长。
