检测原理	蛋白质在碱性条件下将二价铜离子还原为一价铜离子，一价铜离子与 BCA 分子形成紫色络合物。此络合物可用540-590 nm波长检测，反应物的颜色和蛋白浓度在一定范围内具有线性关系。
