检测原理	CM、VLD L 、LDL 在多聚阴离子环境下发生凝聚生成聚合物并被多聚体掩蔽，高密度脂蛋白(HDL)在表面活性剂的作用下形成可溶性复合物，从而使 HDL-C 可直接与酶试剂[含胆固醇酯酶(CE )、胆固醇氧化酶 ( CO ) 等]发生反应，产生过氧化氢，过氧化氢在 4-氨基安替吡啉(4-AA)和酚（TOOS）存在时，经过氧化物酶（peroxidase，POD）催化，反应生成苯醌亚胺非那腙的红色醌类化物，其颜色深浅与 HDL-C 含量成正比。
