检测原理	本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心ELISA法。用抗人SNCα抗体包被于酶标板上，实验时样品（或标准品）中的人SNCα会与包被抗体结合。后依次加入生物素化的抗人SNCα抗体和辣根过氧化物酶标记的亲和素，抗人SNCα抗体与结合在包被抗体上的人SNCα结合，生物素与亲和素特异性结合而形成免疫复合物，游离的成分被洗去。加入显色底物(TMB)，TMB在辣根过氧化物酶的催化下呈现蓝色，加终止液后变成黄色。用酶标仪在450 nm波长处测OD值，SNCα浓度与OD450值之间呈正比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样品中SNCα的浓度。

在生理条件下，α-syn主要以未折叠的单体形式存在，同时与促进snare复合物组装的膜结合形式和可以抵抗异常聚集的四聚体形式处于平衡状态。当α-syn的生成和清除之间的平衡被破坏时，单体会聚集形成低聚物，包括通路内低聚物和通路外低聚物。通路内低聚物倾向于形成原纤维，并最终组成成纤维。其他不能形成淀粉样纤维的低聚物被称为通路外低聚物。

E-EL-H0983人SNCα酶联免疫吸附测定试剂盒是针对单体α突触核蛋白进行检测的，其他形式的α突触核蛋白尚未验证是否可以检测到。
