| 检测原理 |
β-羟丁酸(β-HB)分子式为C4H8O3，约占酮体总量的75%。糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者体内生成的NADH增加，NADH可促进乙酰乙酸转化成β-HB。因此，β-羟基丁酸含量的高低可作为评判糖尿酮症的指标。β-羟基丁酸在β-羟基丁酸脱氢酶的催化下氧化，同时NAD+被还原生成NADH，NADH在递氢物质作用下使WST-8显橙黄色，通过测得450 nm处的吸光值来判断β-羟基丁酸含量，其吸光度值与β-羟丁酸含量成正相关。
