| 检测原理 |
样本经水解处理后生成游离羟脯氨酸，其在氧化剂的作用下所产生的氧化产物与显色剂作用反应呈紫红色，在558 nm处有吸收峰，在一定范围内，其吸光度与浓度呈线性关系。通过测定558 nm处吸光度，可计算出样本中羟脯氨酸含量。
