检测原理	乳酸脱氢酶催化乳酸和NAD⁺反应产生丙酮酸和NADH，NADH在PMS作用下，将电子传递给WST-8，产生黄色的产物，其在450 nm有特征吸收峰，从而可以通过比色法来定量乳酸脱氢酶的活性。
