| 检测原理 |
高密度脂蛋白（High density lipoprotein，HDL）、乳糜微粒（Chylomicron，CM）和极低密度脂蛋白（Very low density lipoprotein，VLDL）等脂蛋白（除低密度脂蛋白-Low density lipoprotein，LDL）首先在在表面活性剂作用下改变结构并解离，所释放出来的微粒化胆固醇分子与胆固醇酶试剂反应，产生的过氧化氢在缺乏偶联剂时被消耗而不显色。此时LDL颗粒仍是完整的，再加入含有偶联剂的试剂，它可使LDL颗粒解离释放胆固醇。胆固醇在胆固醇酯酶（CE）、胆固醇氧化酶（CO）催化下，产生过氧化氢。过氧化氢在4-氨基安替吡啉（4-AA）和酚（TOOS）存在时，经过氧化物酶（peroxidase，POD）催化，反应生成苯醌亚胺非那腙的红色醌类化合物，其颜色深浅与LDL-C含量成正比。
