检测原理 |
过氧化脂质降解产物中的丙二醛(MDA)在高温及酸性环境下可与硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)反应产生红棕色产物3,5,5’-三甲基恶唑2,4-二酮(三甲川),该物质在532nm处有最大吸收峰,其颜色的深浅与DMA含量呈正比,通过比色可计算出MDA含量。
