Q1:组织样本已经用生理盐水匀浆了，对检测会有影响吗？
对于本试剂盒检测，组织样本需要用试剂二应用液进行匀浆，才能保证MPO的提取效果，如果用生理盐水进行匀浆，可能会影响测值导致检测结果偏低。
