检测原理 |
DCFH-DA(2,7-dichlorofuorescin diacetate)是一种可以自由穿过细胞膜的荧光探针,自身没有荧光,进入细胞内后,可以被细胞内的酯酶水解生成DCFH(dichlorofluorescin)。在活性氧存在时DCFH被氧化为不能透过细胞膜的强绿色荧光物质DCF(dichlorofluorescein),其荧光在激发波长502nm,发射波长530nm附近有最大波峰,强度与细胞内活性氧水平成正比。
