| 检测原理 |
DCFH-DA（2,7-dichlorofuorescin diacetate）是一种可以自由穿过细胞膜的荧光探针，自身没有荧光，进入细胞内后，可以被细胞内的酯酶水解生成DCFH（dichlorofluorescin）。在活性氧存在时DCFH被氧化为不能透过细胞膜的强绿色荧光物质DCF（dichlorofluorescein），其荧光在激发波长502nm，发射波长530nm附近有最大波峰，强度与细胞内活性氧水平成正比。
