检测原理 |
活性氧是指机体内或者自然环境中由氧组成, 含氧并且性质活泼的物质的总称:主要有一种激发态的氧分子,即一重态氧分子或称单线态氧分子,3种含氧的自由基,即超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和氢过氧自由基,2种过氧化物, 即过氧化氢和过氧化脂质以及一种含氮的氧化物等。二氢乙锭可以穿过细胞膜进入细胞内与DNA或RNA结合,形成氢乙锭产生红色荧光。二氢乙锭在细胞内主要被超氧阴离子型活性氧氧化。
二氢乙锭本身为蓝色荧光,最大激发波长为370 nm,最大发射波长为 420 nm,脱氢后与RNA或DNA结合产生红色荧光,激发波长为300 nm或518 nm,发射波长为610 nm。 |
