检测原理	活性氧是指机体内或者自然环境中由氧组成，含氧并且性质活泼的物质的总称：主要有一种激发态的氧分子，即一重态氧分子或称单线态氧分子，3种含氧的自由基，即超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和氢过氧自由基，2种过氧化物, 即过氧化氢和过氧化脂质以及一种含氮的氧化物等。二氢乙锭可以穿过细胞膜进入细胞内与DNA或RNA结合，形成氢乙锭产生红色荧光。二氢乙锭在细胞内主要被超氧阴离子型活性氧氧化。二氢乙锭本身为蓝色荧光，最大激发波长为370 nm，最大发射波长为 420 nm，脱氢后与RNA或DNA结合产生红色荧光，激发波长为300 nm或518 nm，发射波长为610 nm。
