| 检测原理 |
ABTS在适当的氧化剂作用下氧化成绿色的ABTS+，在抗氧化物存在时ABTS+被还原成无色的ABTS，测定ABTS+在660 nm波长下吸光度变化即可测定并计算出样本中的总抗氧化能力。Trolox是一种维生素E的类似物，具有和维生素E相近的抗氧化能力，用作总抗氧化能力的参考物质。
