| 检测原理 |
甘油三酯（Triglycerides，TG）可被脂蛋白脂酶（Lipoprotein Lipase）水解甘油和游离脂肪酸，甘油在甘油激酶（glycerol kinase，GK）的作用下甘油-3-磷酸和ADP。甘油-3-磷酸在3-磷酸甘油氧化酶（glycerol phosphate oxidase，GPO）作用下产生过氧化氢，过氧化氢在4-氨基安替吡啉和酚存在时，经过氧化物酶（peroxidase，POD）催化，反应生成苯醌亚胺非那腙的红色醌类化合物，其颜色深浅与TG含量成正比。
