| 检测原理 |
尿素与二乙酰在酸性反应环境中加热缩合成色素原二嗪化合物，其显色的深浅与尿素含量成正比，由于二乙酰不稳定，故通常在反应体系中先由二乙酰一肟与强酸作用，产生二乙酰，再与尿素反应，缩合成红色的二嗪化合物。
