产品简介	本公司最新推出的二步法免疫组化试剂盒，将二抗的单价 Fab 片段和过氧化物酶HRP聚合在一起，替代传统方法中的二抗和三抗，直接放大抗原抗体结合的信号，既保留了抗体特异性结合抗原的能力，又可有效地避免聚合分子过大而造成的空间位阻。与传统的 SP 三步法相比，此试剂盒具有简单、快速、敏感等特点，试剂盒不再使用生物素，避免了由于内源性生物素所造成的背景染色。本产品可用于检测一抗是Rabbit和Mouse来源的单克隆抗体或多克隆抗体。附带的DAB显色液自带稀释液，避免由于各地方水酸碱度的不同对 DAB 显色所造成的影响。
保存条件	2~8°C避光保存，不得冻存，有效期12个月。开封使用后，请在6个月内用完。
