| 产品简介 | 本公司最新推出的二步法免疫组化试剂盒，将二抗的单价 Fab 片段和过氧化物酶HRP聚合在一起，替代传统方法中的二抗和三抗，直接放大抗原抗体结合的信号，既保留了抗体特异性结合抗原的能力，又可有效地避免聚合分子过大而 造成的空间位阻。与传统的 SP 三步法相比，此试剂盒具有简单、快速、敏感等特点，试剂盒不再使用生物素，避免了由于内源性生物素所造成的背景染色。本产品可用于检测一抗是Rabbit和Mouse来源的单克隆抗体或多克隆抗体，本品独特的聚合物辅助剂有利于大分子的检测系统更好地结合所检测的一抗分子。此检测系统是目前已知的灵敏度最高的免疫组化检测系统。
附带的DAB显色液自带稀释液，避免由于各地方水酸碱度的不同对 DAB 显色所造成的影响。 |
