| 检测原理 |
乙酰胆碱酯酶（AchE）催化乙酰胆碱（Ach）水解生成胆碱，胆碱与二硫对硝基苯甲酸（DTNB）作用生成5-巯基-硝基苯甲酸（TNB）；TNB在412 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过测定412 nm处吸光度增加速率，计算AchE的活性。
