检测原理	谷丙转氨酶（ALT）能够催化丙氨酸和α-酮戊二酸发生转氨基反应，生成丙酮酸和谷氨酸。丙酮酸在丙酮酸氧化酶的作用下生成H₂O₂，在过氧化物酶作用下，将无荧光探针氧化为有荧光的物质，通过测定体系荧光值的增加量，即可计算出ALT的活性。
