| 检测原理 |
在37°C、pH7.4条件下，谷丙转氨酶（ALT）催化丙氨酸与α-酮戊二酸之间的氨基转换反应，生成丙酮酸和谷氨酸，反应时间过后，加入苯肼，与丙酮酸生成苯腙，苯腙在碱性条件下呈红棕色。
