| 检测原理 |
在pH=10的反应液中，碱性磷酸酶催化磷酸苯二钠水解，生成游离酚和磷酸。酚在碱性溶液中与4-氨基安替吡啉结合，并经铁氰化钾氧化生成红色的醌的衍生物，根据红色的深浅计算酶活的高低。
