检测原理	在碱性条件下，碱性磷酸酶催化对硝基苯磷酸二钠水解，生成对硝基苯酚和磷酸。对硝基苯酚在强碱性条件下呈亮黄色，在405 nm处有强烈的吸收峰。因此可以测定405 nm 处的吸收值来计算产物的生成量，从而计算出酶活。
