产品简介 | 抗荧光衰减封片剂以高纯度甘油为基础,内含抗荧光淬灭剂,有强烈的抗荧光衰减作用,用于对荧光组织和细胞样品的封片。样品封片后4°C或-20°C避光保存2~3周,可最大限度延长荧光持续时间和维持荧光发光强度,同时封片剂中的其它成分有助于保持组织抗原抗体处于结合状态。
本试剂操作简单,在封片时用枪滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液,盖上盖玻片即可。 |
保存条件 | 2~8°C保存,有效期12个月。 |
注意事项 | 1.荧光物质均易发生淬灭,染色后的样品宜避光保存。 2.在使用抗淬灭封片液的情况下可以减缓淬灭,但仍宜尽量避光并尽早拍照。 3.为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 |
