| 检测原理 |
谷草转氨酶（AST/GOT) 是反映肝脏炎症的重要指标，当细胞受损时，细胞膜通透性增加，使胞浆内AST释放进入血液，导致血清AST活性增高。谷草转氨酶催化底物反应生成草酰乙酸，草酰乙酸脱羧生成丙酮酸。丙酮酸被氧化生成过氧化氢，过氧化氢使荧光探针发出荧光。体系内荧光强度的增加量与AST活性呈正比。
