| 检测原理 |
谷草转氨酶（AST）催化天冬氨酸与α-酮戊二酸之间的氨基转换反应，生成谷氨酸和草酰乙酸，草酰乙酸在反应过程中可自行脱羧成丙酮酸。丙酮酸与苯肼反应，生成苯腙，苯腙在碱性条件下呈红棕色。

Q1:组织样本冻存比较久了，能否检测AST/ALT？
建议尽量使用新鲜的样本，如果没有新鲜样本，建议样本-80℃冻存不超过一个月，否则AST/ALT酶活降低，对测值有较大的影响。
