牛血清中的简单蛋白，是血液的主要成分（38g/1000ml），分子量68kD。等电点4.8。牛血清白蛋白在生化实验中有广泛的应用，例如在western blot中作为Blocking buffer。客户那边如果是用来做为ELISA实验的封闭蛋白，能否适用具体要看客户的实验体系，不同的BSA对于ELISA实验封闭来说区别很大，客户可以通过预实验来判断。
