这个是正常现象，使用前将试剂一37℃孵育直至澄清就可以了。
Q4:细胞样本需要稀释吗？
如果样本中的铜离子含量超过试剂盒的最大检测值，需要对样本进行稀释。但由于细胞样本中的铜离子含量一般比较低，所以这个试剂盒检测细胞样本不需要进行稀释。
Q5:使用该试剂盒，未能检出样本值是什么原因？
可能是测定的细胞中铜离子含量较低，样本中铜离子含量低于试剂盒检出限。可适当增加样本细胞数量，以提高检测样本中铜离子的浓度。
