检测原理 |
铁是生物体内重要的金属元素之一,具有重要的生理作用。亚铁离子是血红素和血红蛋白中的关键元素,同时也在许多生化反应中起到重要作用。样本中的亚铁离子与探针结合,生成的物质在593 nm波长处有强吸收峰,在一定范围内其光密度值与亚铁离子浓度成线性相关。
