Q2:试剂三打开是固体状态正常吗？这种情况能否继续使用呢？
试剂三存放后可能会有固体析出，是正常现象。在80℃加热溶解，冷却后可以正常使用。
Q3:检测细胞样本，匀浆后制成细胞悬液，如果暂时不测，最多能存放几天？
已经匀浆处理的细胞悬液建议当天检测，不能冻存。如果暂时不测，可以直接冻存细胞，一般建议-80℃不超过一个月。
Q4:样本经过试剂五处理后的上清可以用于WB实验吗？
可以。
Q5:MDA细胞检测的试剂盒，破碎细胞可以用超声清洗仪吗？
可以，一般建议超声时间3~5min
