检测原理	铁是生物体内重要的金属元素之一，具有重要的生理作用。亚铁离子是血红素和血红蛋白中的关键元素，同时也在许多生化反应中起到重要作用。在还原剂的作用下，样本中的铁离子被还原为亚铁离子，亚铁离子与探针结合，生成的物质在593 nm波长处有强吸收峰，在一定范围内其光密度值与铁离子浓度成线性相关。
