铁是生物体内重要的金属元素之一，具有重要的生理作用。亚铁离子是血红素和血红蛋白中的关键元素，同时也在许多生化反应中起到重要作用。样本中的亚铁离子与探针结合，生成的物质在593 nm波长处有强吸收峰，在一定范围内其光密度值与亚铁离子浓度成线性相关。

本试剂盒使用配套细胞裂解液对细胞样本进行处理，加入裂解液后，只需在冰盒上静置10分钟，即可离心取上清液待测，有效提升了细胞破碎效率。
Q2:最后的结果计算可以不用细胞数量，而是蛋白浓度进行计算吗？
样本处理过程中所用到的试剂一会对蛋白浓度测定有影响，因此不能用蛋白浓度计算，而是用细胞数进行计算。
