铁是生物体内重要的金属元素之一，具有重要的生理作用。亚铁离子是血红素和血红蛋白中的关键元素，同时也在许多生化反应中起到重要作用。在还原剂的作用下，样本中的铁离子被还原为亚铁离子，亚铁离子与探针结合，生成的物质在593 nm波长处有强吸收峰，在一定范围内其光密度值与铁离子浓度成线性相关。

Q2:最后的结果计算可以不用细胞数量，而是蛋白浓度进行计算吗？
样本处理过程中所用到的试剂一会对蛋白浓度测定有影响，因此不能用蛋白浓度计算，而是用细胞数进行计算。
Q3:总铁试剂盒中的试剂一可以裂解细菌吗？革兰阳性菌。
这个试剂盒中的裂解液不能裂解细菌，因为该试剂的裂解强度不够。
