| 产品简介 | DAPI即4',6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚(4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole)，是一种能够与DNA强力结合的荧光染料，常用荧光显微镜观测。CAS Number 28718-90-3。
DAPI可以穿透细胞膜与细胞核中的双链DNA结合，可以产生比DAPI自身强20多倍的荧光，和EB相比，DAPI对双链DNA的染色灵敏度要高很多倍。显微镜下可以看到呈蓝色荧光的细胞，荧光显微镜观察细胞标记的效率高(几乎为100%)。 DAPI染色常用于细胞凋亡检测，染色后用荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪检测。DAPI也常用于普通的细胞核染色以及某些特定情况下的双链DNA着色。细胞经热激处理后用DAPI染色3分钟，在荧光显微镜下可以看到细胞核的形态发生变化。 DAPI染色液的最大激发波长为340 nm，最大发射波长为488 nm，DAPI和双链DNA结合后，最大激发波长为360 nm，最大发射波长为460 nm。 本DAPI染色液可以直接用于固定细胞或组织的细胞核染色。 |
