| 检测原理 |
二胺氧化酶（DAO,E.C.1.4.3.6）广泛存在于动物组织（肠粘膜、肺、肝脏、肾脏等）、血清血浆及细胞中，是人类和哺乳动物小肠粘膜上层绒毛中具有高度活性的细胞内酶，它可通过调节细胞内的离子平衡、影响传导通路、促进细胞修复。本试剂盒检测原理为二胺氧化酶可催化胺类物质产生过氧化氢，过氧化氢可使显色物质显色，该显色物质在460 nm处有特征吸收峰，通过测定单位时间内吸光度的变化速率计算出二胺氧化酶的活力。
