保存条件 | 2~8°C避光保存,保质期12个月 |
注意事项 | 1. 曝光背景高,可能是膜没洗干净、二抗或一抗浓度过高、封闭液不合适导致,请做适当调整。 2. A液和B液在吸取过程中必须要更换吸头,A液和B液相互污染后会导致其逐渐失效。 3. 如无信号,可能是目的蛋白表达弱,可适当延长曝光时间。 4. 荧光迅速淬灭,可能是目的条带荧光信号过强,导致HRP快速消耗ECL底物,建议降低二抗浓度。 5. NaN3或金属螯合剂会抑制HRP 活性,溶液中应避免使用。 6. 工作液需现配现用。 |
