检测原理	游离脂肪酸（NEFA/FFA）在酰基合成酶的作用下生成酰基辅酶 A，酰基辅酶 A 在酰基氧化酶的氧化作用下生成过氧化氢。过氧化氢在酶和色原的存在下反应，生成红色物质，在 546 nm 处有最大吸收，颜色深浅与与游离脂肪酸浓度成正比。
