| 检测原理 |
γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GT）催化γ-谷氨酰对硝基苯胺中γ-谷氨酰基转移给N-甘氨酰甘氨酸，生成对硝基苯胺，在405 nm有特征光吸收，通过测定405 nm波长处吸光度的增加速率，来计算γ-GT酶活性。
