检测原理 |
ATP酶可分解ATP产生ADP及无机磷,通过测定产物无机磷在单位时间内产生量来表示酶的活力。无机磷在酸性溶液中与钼酸铵反应生成磷钼酸铵复合物,用还原剂还原生成钼蓝,其在660 nm有吸收峰。测定钼蓝的浓度来计算出无机磷的量。
