| 产品简介 | HE染色试剂盒操作简单，只需将染色液滴加在样本上即可染色，并且染色液经过改良处理，不含汞甲醇等有毒试剂。苏木素为碱性染液，主要使细胞核内的染色质与胞质内的核糖体着紫蓝色；伊红为酸性染料，主要使细胞质和细胞外基质中的成分着粉红色或者红色。
HE染色法是组织学、胚胎学、病理学教学与科研中最基本、使用最广泛的技术方法。 |
| 保存条件 | 室温保存，有效期12个月。苏木素染色液(E-IR-R117B)需避光保存。 |
| 注意事项 | 1.需自备4%多聚甲醛、70%乙醇和95%乙醇。 2.如果需要脱水、透明和封片处理，还需自备二甲苯，中性树胶或其它封片剂。 3.如果样品是石蜡切片，需自备90%乙醇，无水乙醇以及二甲苯。 4.为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 |
