| 检测原理 |
H2O2与钼酸铵反应生成稳定的黄色络合物且在405 nm处有最大吸收，黄色络合物的颜色深浅与H2O2的浓度在一定范围内具有线性关系。故可以通过比色计算出H2O2的含量。

Q1:按照说明书操作，检测样本为什么没看到颜色变化？
虽然代谢试剂盒是基于化学反应检测显色物质的吸光度，但并不是所有试剂盒的显色物质颜色都是特别明显的。有些指标在样本中的浓度比较低，最终呈现的颜色可能通过肉眼无法判断，这是正常的，但是通过仪器是可以检测到的。
