| 检测原理 |
以氧化型辅酶Ⅰ（NAD+）为氢受体，乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）催化乳酸脱氢产生丙酮酸，使NAD+转化为还原型辅酶Ⅰ（NADH）。其中N-甲基吩嗪甲基硫酸盐（PMS）递氢使氯化硝基四氮唑蓝（NBT）还原为紫色呈色物，呈色物的吸光度在530 nm时与乳酸含量呈线性关系。
