| 检测原理 |
以辅酶I为递氢体，LDH催化乳酸产生丙酮酸，丙酮酸与2,4-二硝基苯肼作用生成丙酮酸二硝基苯腙，后者在碱性溶液中呈棕红色，颜色的深浅与丙酮酸的浓度呈正比，通过测定OD值，可计算LDH的活力。
