| 检测原理 |
脂肪酶能够催化底物产生巯基化合物，巯基化合物与显色底物DTNB反应生成TNB，TNB在412nm处有最大吸收，通过检测单位时间内吸光度的变化情况来计算出样本中脂肪酶活力大小。
