过氧化脂质降解产物中的丙二醛（MDA）在高温及酸性环境下可与硫代巴比妥酸（TBA）反应产生红棕色产物3,5,5’-三甲基恶唑2,4-二酮（三甲川），该物质在532nm处有最大吸收峰。
