检测原理	丙二醛（Malondialdehyde，MDA）是脂质过氧化物分解后形成的一种化合物，用于检测脂质氧化水平，该指标在氧化应激、铁死亡等领域的研究中被广泛使用。MDA在酸性和高温环境下，可与硫代巴比妥酸（Thiobarbituric acid，TBA）缩合，生成TBA复合体，通过测定其荧光强度来检测样本中的MDA。
