| 检测原理 |
NO在体内或水溶液中极易氧化生成NO2-，与显色剂生成淡红色偶氮化合物，生成偶氮化合物的浓度与NO的浓度具有线性关系，通过比色可以间接计算NO的浓度。试剂一和试剂二的作用，为除去样本有色物质的干扰。
