| 检测原理 |
在二磷酸腺苷（ADP）存在的条件下，丙酮酸激酶（PK）催化磷酸烯醇丙酮酸（PEP）转化成丙酮酸，丙酮酸被LDH转化为乳酸，同时NADH转化为NAD+，检测340 nm下吸光值变化来计算得到丙酮酸激酶的活力。
